Protein Profiling
An interdisciplinary team formed by Dr. Jie Xiao at Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry, Dr. Heng Zhu at Pharmacology, and Dr. Daniel Weinberger at Neuroscience and Lieber Institute for Brain Development is developing highly multiplexed single cell analysis and in-situ imaging to interrogate the expression landscape and spatial distribution of > 700 transcription factors in human brains. This collaboration represents the current-state-of-the-art in the development and validation of novel technologies to probe cell-specific and circuit-specific processes in the human brain.
